PCS e-Mutual Funds is an Integrated Web solution for a Bank or a Mutual Funds Management Company (M.F.M.C.),that leverages Web Technology for all its Business Functions.

 

With PCS e-Mutual Funds, a MFMC may provide:

  • B2B Web Platform (Business to Business) Services to all collaborative partners (Insurance Sales Network Salesmen, Mutual Funds Points of Sale, Bank Branches and Banking Departments, Agents, Distributors etc), providing complete customer support service (portfolio Positions and evaluation, reports, charts etc.) for the customer, and on-line, real-time transactions to Mutual Funds (subscriptions, redemptions, switch etc.)
  • B2C Web Platform (Business to Consumer) Services to its Unit Holders with a core Self-Service Customer Service on the World Wide Web, Mutual Funds On-Line Trading, Statistical Reporting of the Mutual Funds performance and the Unit Holders' portfolios etc.
  • Web Services (e.g. SOAP, UDDI etc.) to any Internet Point or external application requiring XML Data Exchange from the Management Company.

 

PCS e-Mutual Funds is considered to be an additional Module of the overall PCS Products Bundle. When installed within a Bank Corporation, PCS e-Mutual Funds provides S.T.P (Straight Through Processing) for the complete Mutual Funds Transaction Life Cycle. The Core application, integrates through custom-built interfaces with the Bank's Central Banking System, performing real-time Funds Transfer when a Mutual Funds Subscription is processed and real-time Funds Transfer when a Mutual Funds redemption transaction takes place. This automates the processes completely, reducing thus, the processing and transaction cost for the Management Company.

 

The real time on-line interface, both with the Bank's Core Banking System and with the Mutual Fund Management Company's Back-Office System, allows the end-user (whether being the final customer or the branch teller) to access a variety of transactions:
