Volksbank Romania selects the PCS Custody Platform

Bucharest, 19/11/2008 - Volksbank Romania, one of the most dynamic subsidiaries of Austria's Volksbank, and Professional Computer Services (PCS SA) a leading provider of financial software, announced today that Volksbank Romania has selected the PCS Custody Platform to support the bank's plans for strategic growth and expansion.

This state-of-the-art platform is customizable and scalable providing the flexibility to adapt quickly to the rapidly changing client and market needs.

Volksbank's selection of PCS Custody is the latest example of the market's confidence in PCS's innovative solutions and services. Volksbank is now added in the list of PCS's banking customers in the Balkans that have selected the PCS Custody Platform, following EFG Eurobank (Greece), HSBC (Greece), Bancpost (Romania), Hellenic Bank Public Co Ltd (Cyprus), Eurobank Tekfen (Turkey), Postbank (Bulgaria), Bank of Cyprus (Greece), Eurobank EFG Stedionica (Serbia), Proton Bank (Greece) and Hellenic Bank (Greece).
