A state-of-art solution, built with leading-edge industry development tools, that fully covers the Custodial Operations, providing almost limitless scalability and robust functionality. The PCS Custody platform is customizable and scalable, and has the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing client and market needs.

  • Incoming SWIFT messages. The solution supports the automatic or manual insertion of SWIFT messages and encompasses easy and user-friendly procedures for discovering rejection causes. Hence, the database is automatically updated, so that information about the orders due (sales-purchases) is provided immediately. There are plenty of print-outs, with detailed as well as summarized information regarding the updating and the status of the mandates. The application manages all 52Χ SWIFT messages
  • Outgoing SWIFT messages. Based on the status of orders (pending, partial settled or settled), appropriate SWIFT messages (52X, 53X, 202, 571, 572, 573, 583) or fax messages can be provided, depending on the user requirements. At the same time, depending on the message type, there are fiscal transactions for the updating of the General Ledger. Dual Control exists in all fiscal transactions so as to avoid any mistakes.
  • Corporate Actions. All corporate Actions are supported, while producing all the appropriate SWIFT messages in each case
  • Commissions. Full coverage of all commission-related procedures to custodians, such as the commission for participation in conventions, the guarding of stock etc. The dynamic, parametric way of commission calculation enables the definition of a different method of calculation per customer, according to the relevant agreement.
  • Trading. This module enables the management of bond sale and/or purchase orders from the POS, with automatic, two-way updating, of the cooperating finance company.
