PCS recognised as one of Europe’s Best Workplaces in 2017
Trust, pride and camaraderie are just some of the reasons why PCS’s employees choose to go to work every day. There are many other reasons, according to Great Place to Work® recognition of “The Best Workplaces in Europe” recently published.
PCS was recognized in this year’s ranking along with 99 other organizations in Europe. 2,340 companies employing 1.5 million employees participated in the largest annual survey in the region. The Best Workplaces in Europe list recognizes organizations in the region that are dedicated to sustaining high-trust cultures for their employees. PCS ranked 11th in the category of the 20 Best under 50 Employees Workplaces, as a result of ranking highly on the national Best Workplaces Lists in Greece for three consecutive years.
The research was conducted by Great Place to Work, a global research, consulting and training firm headquartered in San Francisco that has operations in 50 countries around the world. Great Place to Work® evaluates the feedback employees provide as part of the Trust Index© survey process and determines the Best Workplaces in Europe list through heavily weighting the employee perceptions of the levels of trust, pride, and camaraderie in the workplaces. The company also considers management’s point of view through the Culture Audit® questionnaire, which provides insight into the policies, programs, and practices.
“I am truly delighted that PCS has been honoured in this way,” said George Xenofos, CEO, PCS. “We encourage and reward the advancement of our people and place huge emphasis on actualizing the best working conditions in order to take up and achieve higher goals.”
